Stupid Is As Stupid Does

Have you ever done something SO stupid that you shudder just to think about it?  Something so dumb that it takes you years and years to even admit it to yourself, much less another human being?  Something you don't want to tell your pet, because you know that will test the "unconditional love" aspect of the pet/owner relationship.  It's one of those things you just know is wrong while you're doing it, and yet, you can't stop yourself.

With some people, it might be an illicit affair.  For others, it might be binge drinking, binge eating.  Maybe it is something like hitting a car, and leaving the scene without giving insurance information.  Oh gosh, maybe it's dating your best friend's boyfriend? 

As stupid as these are, I must confess my severe dumbness.  And, yes, I choose that word purposely.  Because, people--this is the DUMBEST thing I ever did in my entire life:

Yes.  You are looking at Glamour Shots, circa 1990.  I look like a middle aged woman.  With football helmet hair.  And a cowboy leather jacket.  And a hat.  I PAID for this.  I took myself to the mall, sat through this, and paid for this.  DUMB DUMB DUMB.
